When Rhodes
Farm opened early in 1991 it was the first unit dedicated
to the treatment of children with eating disorders.
It began life as the home of its medical
director, Dr Dee Dawson. She continued to live there with
her family until 1994. Today Rhodes Farm is the largest
unit of its kind, it has 32 places but retains the
homeliness associated with a family house.
